Ingredients of Noodle Puff
- 1 cup maggi noodles
- 1 small tomato
- 2 tablespoon refined flour
- 1 small onion
- 4 gm bread slices
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
How to make Noodle Puff
Step 1 Make maggiHeat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, tomato and saute them for a few minutes. Now add maggi and 1 cup of water. Mix well and let it cook. Once cooked properly, take out the maggi in a bowl.
Step 2 Cut bread slicesNow cut the edges of the bread slices and roll them flat using a rolling pin. Also prepare a maida slurry by mixing 2 tbsp of maida with some water. The slurry should be thick and not too runny.
Step 3 Stuff the fillingNow take a bread slice and apply the slurry on its edges. Stuff 2 tbsp of maggi in it. Roll the bread slice into a cylindrical shape and press the edges to close them. Make more such rolls with leftover slices and maggi.
Step 4 Pan fry the rollsHeat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the prepared rolls and cook them from all sides until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5 Ready to be servedOnce cooked, your maggi rolls are ready to be served. Pair them up with a dip of your choice and serve.
